Fresh Cut, Fresh Start
We provide a fresh cut on your tree to ensure it can absorb water properly. It's important to get your tree in water within 4 hours of this cut. Otherwise, the sap may seal the base, and your tree will have trouble staying hydrated (trees need water too—sap happens!). -
Daily (or More!) Hydration
Your tree's stand should always have water—check it daily or even multiple times a day. A thirsty tree is a sad tree, and nobody wants to see needles all over the floor! -
Our Guarantee
While we guarantee a fresh cut when you leave with your tree, we cannot be responsible for trees that seal with sap due to a delay in watering. Treat your tree like a houseguest—keep it well-watered, and it’ll stay around longer!
